Partner Yoga

Celebrate this day of love and friendship by connecting with a partner through movement and breath. In this session we'll explore partnered poses, breathing techniques and some guided meditation. Partner Yoga challenges your strength and balance as well as your trust and communication. No experience necessary. This is a great way to introduce a family member, friend or romantic partner to the joy of yoga.
