With over 16 years of experience, Andree is the founder of The Pilates & Yoga Loft. A Registered Nurse and Power Pilates Teacher Trainer, she brings a deeply integrative approach to wellness through Pilates, yoga, and movement-based healing.
After years in nursing, Andree discovered Pilates while recovering from a hip injury following the birth of her fourth child. What began as personal healing became her passion, leading her to complete the 600-hour Power Pilates certification and eventually train instructors around the world.
Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine—helping clients build strength, restore balance, and feel their best from the inside out.
