Core Mat I
April 24-26, 2026
Core Mat I is the foundation of the Power Pilates method and the required starting point for all students. Over this weekend, you’ll learn the 18 beginner mat exercises along with key teaching tools, philosophy, and structure. Core Mat I & II are required to advance to the Comprehensive program.
Core Mat II
September 25-27, 2026
Core Mat II builds on the Power Pilates foundation with 12 intermediate exercises, focusing on sequencing and refining your teaching skills. This is where everything begins to come together, expanding your ability to work with a wider range of clients. Core Mat I & II are required to advance to the Comprehensive program.

The Power Pilates Comprehensive program is our most extensive training, covering beginner through advanced exercises across all Pilates apparatus. You’ll deepen your teaching skills, learn to work with special case clients, and confidently train clients of all levels.
