Jennifer began her Pilates journey 14 years ago when she was looking for a lower impact workout to help with an injured neck. Her passion for all things Pilates grew intensely. Jennifer strove to learn more as she recognized how beneficial Pilates is for strengthening your body by using breath through whole body awareness.
Jennifer completed Power Pilates Core mat one and two and in 2018, completed the Real Pilates Comprehensive Program. Jennifer shares her love and passion for Pilates with everyone wanting to achieve their mind and body goals.
