Join Rachael and Josh Riley in the nourishing practice of yoga and sound. You will be guided through chakra cleansing meditation and gentle restorative postures while receiving the healing effects of sound through sacred mantra and prayer. The power of mantra will work to relax the nervous system and raise the cosmic vibrations within. Through the vibrations of these mantras we experience an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables us to experience universal love within.
