Join us every Monday for Kid's Yoga - the perfect way for your child to begin their week! We will be leading kids age 6-10 through a variety of exercises between 5:30pm-6:20pm. Our focus is to calm their minds while strengthening their spirits & bodies! The best part? You can treat yourself to a class at the exact same time, giving you the opportunity to fit in your regimen while the kids are busy strengthening and empowering themselves in the next room.
