WHAT IS IT?

A 30 minute focused supervised small group class harnessing the power of ARX, Adaptive Resistance Exercise, to build full-body strength and a great physique with focus on a toned upper body, a defined flat stomach, tight shapely legs, and the perfect gravity defying butt!

ARX technology combines computer-controlled, motorized resistance that is capable of matches force100% of the time. With perfect resistance, ARX shortens the time you need to exercise while dramatically increasing the safety and effectiveness of all of your workouts.

WHY DOES IT WORK?

The most important aspect of strength and muscle gains is progressive overload, doing more work over time (weight, sets, reps, sessions, etc). Arx technology allows us to offer this session to session effortlessly, adding tension automatically as you progress in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. It also allows us to track your work done session to session, week to week, month to month, and so on.
